HIGHEST PRODUCT QUALITY FOR PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND TECHNICAL RUBBER GOODS
TESTING AND DOCUMENTATION ALONG THE ENTIRE PROCESS CHAIN
Our technical rubber goods and protective rubber gloves are fully “made in Germany” – in other words exclusively at our two sites in Einhausen and Warstein. This enables us to accompany the creation of our products at every stage and to enforce our quality standards. We are also certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001, which ensures sustainability and the best possible processes.
The increased demand on the quality of our technical rubber goods and protective gloves sets the highest standards for the properties of the material used, the cleanliness of the manufacturing process and extensive controls. Our goal is to constantly improve product quality and to meet the high demands for excellent quality. We use all commercially available rubber qualities and also create special qualities for special applications in cooperation with our compounders. In order to guarantee the high quality of our protective gloves and technical rubber goods at every stage of the production process and beyond, we carry out various work steps and measures in the different product areas.
THIS IS HOW WE SUCCEED IN ACHIEVING HIGH PRODUCT QUALITY FOR PROTECTIVE RUBBER GLOVES:
We use the dipping process to produce our protective rubber gloves. This technology is constantly tested and kept up to date. This means we can guarantee consistent, high quality for each new batch. With the help of state-of-the-art production processes, we ensure ecological and sustainable production of our protective gloves in terms of preparation of the material, dipping process, creation of the rolled rim, vulcanisation, demoulding and cleaning, air-tightness, length and wall thickness testing. The quality system for Jugitec products allows complete traceability of all material, process and test parameters – for each individual glove and for each user. Test certificates and information sheets on safe handling are enclosed with every delivery.
Jugitec protective gloves are labelled with type designation, production date and batch number, the products are then packed in a light-protected polybag. In order to be able to offer our customers high-quality and safe protective gloves, we have committed ourselves to consistent production monitoring:
- Certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015
- Consideration of customer-specific standards
- Adherence to the GMP guidelinesn
All our protective rubber gloves are carefully scrutinised before being sold. Here, all process parameters are documented and checked in detail by our final inspection. These tests are carried out on the basis of manufacturer's solder, WPZ (factory test certificate), as well as rheological and mechanical material tests. Material and permeation tests are carried out in the company's own test laboratory.
THIS IS HOW WE REALISE THE HIGH PRODUCT QUALITY OF OUR TECHNICAL RUBBER GOODS:
Proven regional partners work with us on the production of tools – with applications including special parts, elbows, moulded hoses and other components and moulded parts. Our strength is to turn individual customer requests and specifications coupled with our advice into a solution. From individual production to small series, we serve all customer requirements.
When selecting materials for our technical rubber products, we attach great importance to close cooperation with our proven compounders. A strict incoming goods inspection takes place before processing. We implement the production individually according to customer requirements and drawings. Close control of environmental influences ensures consistent production conditions for our technical rubber products. In the process of vulcanising, we use boilers adapted to us to vulcanise hoses and elbows, moulded parts are vulcanised separately by a pressure and pressing process. All products are then cleaned using adapted processes. Finally, a precise inspection and outgoing goods check takes place, during which we check length, diameter, weight, optical integrity, tightness and wall thickness. In addition, mechanical properties such as permeation behaviour or conductivity are tested in our in-house test laboratories. Subsequently, our hoses, elbows, moulded parts and other components are individually marked on request.
Our technical rubber goods are inspected, cut and packed after completion. On request, e.g. FDA conformity and electrical conductivity can be confirmed with a certificate and a works certificate according to DIN EN 10204 – 2.1, 2.2 and 3.1 can be issued. Depending on the delivery quantity, the rubber product is handed over to the respective shipping companies after packaging. On request, we also issue factory certificates with regard to fire protection, pressure testing, initial sample test report, conductivity and foodstuffs certification.
