Our Jugitec rubber gloves are subject to strict regulations and meet all necessary ordinances, norms and standards.

ASSEMBLY RINGS

Mounting rings are required – depending on the installation – for glovebox gloves and glove-sleeve systems. We supply the so-called O-rings to match on request. They are made of EPDM, according to the FDA positive list.

ADAPTER RINGS

When using our glove-sleeve system, you need adapter rings to attach the gloves to the gauntlets. We also supply these in line with your requirements. You can choose between a 3-groove design in plastic or metal. The design ensures a secure fit between glove and cuff by means of a rolled edge and O-ring.

COVER CAPS

In some cases, glove ports must be covered by caps after application. We supply cover caps in diameters 180 mm and 230mm/9" (oval) made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM as per FDA Positive List). Like the gloves, they have a rolled edge for easy and secure fitting.
