It sets out the basic principles and rules of conduct that form the basis for our long-term corporate success. An important aspect of the Code of Conduct is to inform all employees about applicable laws and company policies and to make them aware of potential legal risks in their daily work. It summarises relevant laws and rules and provides guidance. The Code of Conduct bindingly defines the standard for legally compliant and ethically responsible behaviour towards business partners and the public as well as in internal dealings with each other. All employees of JUNG are obliged to adhere to the established principles.
