Rubber gloves (special gloves made of elastomer polymers, rubber) of the Jugitec brand belong to the highest risk category (category III). They offer reliable protection against bacteria, fungi and viruses, among others. The resistance to penetration was tested under laboratory conditions.
The following is a product overview of our product range in the field of industrial safety gloves:
- Industrial safety Jugitec B – made of bromobutyl rubber for use when working with ketones, acids, esters and amide derivatives. Jugitec B also has a special advantage with regard to its high gas impermeability. Butyl offers high flexibility and a good grip even at low temperatures. Its good temperature resistance also allows the rubber glove to be used under adverse climatic conditions. The special glove has good electrical dissipation properties < 108 Ω, which means that no electrical charging takes place (with earthed clamping).
- Industrial safety Jugitec BV - made of bromobutyl rubber with Viton® coating for use when working with water vapour, oils or solvents. The Viton® outer layer of the rubber glove is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons (hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc.), halogenated hydrocarbons (trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene, methylene chloride, etc.), organic and inorganic acids (diluted to concentrated) and saturated salt solutions. The butyl layer provides protection when working with polar hydrocarbons such as esters and ketones. The protective glove has a good ageing and ozone resistance with a high gas impermeability at the same time. Due to its high temperature resistance as well as its resistance to many oils, organic solvents or oxidising chemicals, the rubber glove can be used flexibly and in many different ways.
