Our protective glove Jugitec® B und Jugitec® BV

Introducing: Our protective gloves made of bromobutyl rubber in two versions – for the glovebox and for handling chemicals!
We developed our JUGITEC® B protective gloves for the glovebox. They offer perfect protection in the laboratory when handling polar hydrocarbons such as ketones, acids, esters and amine derivatives, and stand out due to their high gas impermeability and the following positive properties:
- High flexibility of the material and good grip even at low temperatures down to -40 °C
- Good electrostatic properties of < 10⁸ Ω, making them ideal for use in Ex areas and for work with sensitive electronics
- Protection against microorganisms, bacteria, fungi and viruses
- Good dissipative properties
- Protection against PAHs classified as carcinogenic
- The butyl underlayer protects against polar hydrocarbons such as esters and ketones.
- The Viton® (FKM) coating is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons (hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene) as well as to halogenated hydrocarbons (trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene, methylene chloride), and also to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and saturated salt solutions.
Jugitec® BVis resistant to ageing and ozone and is gas-impermeable. Its high temperature resistance and resistance to many oils, organic solvents and oxidising chemicals make it so flexible and versatile.
