Since our foundation in 1982 in Einhausen, JUNG Gummitechnik GmbH has focused its expertise on the production of a wide variety of high-quality products made of elastomers (rubber). Our company has developed and grown steadily over the past four decades. Initially, the focus was on hand-made hoses, elbows, dipped articles and moulded parts. Later, the product portfolio was expanded to include chemical protective gloves for occupational safety, as well as special gloves for gloveboxes, insulators and RABS applications. In 2018, another modern location was added in Warstein.

We stand out from competitors in the market – especially through our distinctive solution-oriented approach to work and thanks to the way we represent a complete vertical range of manufacture in our own company.
Our pronounced quality awareness and quality management are further building blocks of our success. Increasing demands from our customers will continue to make our quality management an elementary cornerstone for all company divisions in the future. We meet all the requirements of ISO 9001 quality management and have had ourselves certified out of conviction. We are also certified in the area of environmental management and bear the DIN ISO 14001 seal of quality.

Even before the Corona pandemic, we gave our employees the opportunity to work from home. In this way, we were able to react quickly during the pandemic – minimising the risk of infection and thereby protecting the health of our workforce. Such trust in our staff has paid off. At the same time, we have been able to support our employees in better reconciling the challenges of work and family life – most notably by offering flexible working option.
For some time now, we have also been offering our entire workforce the option of bike leasing. In this way, we support them in their leisure activities, promote their health and have a positive impact on our environment.

HIGHEST QUALITY AT EVERY STAGE OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Quality management is of great importance for JUNG Gummitechnik. Quality is an essential characteristic for every product of our two business units, protective gloves and technical rubber goods. To ensure that this remains the case, all employees of JUNG Gummitechnik GmbH are motivated to find the very best solutions each and every day. Our quality officers ensure that we not only reliably comply with applicable standards, but also continuously develop them further. Regular training and further education keep our teams fit for the new challenges that arise in ever shorter cycles. This enables us to continuously improve product quality and production processes and to meet the increasing demands of our customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical and health care segments, as well as life science, biotechnology, medical technology, food and similar sensitive industrial segments, now and in the future. Our excellent competence is regularly documented and confirmed by external experts within the scope of certifications or type examinations.
For us, quality begins even before the actual production: We are constantly working with our compounders on the optimisation and safety of the material mixtures in order to be able to meet the increasing requirement profiles of our customers and to maintain economical production processes or implement new ones. This is the only way that products can leave our factories with the highest level of functionality, quality and safety for their use in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, health care, life science, biotechnology, medical technology, food and other industrial sectors.

- We use computer-aided testing equipment for applications like testing puncture resistance, tear resistance, tear propagation resistance, rheometry, vulcametry and permeation.

- Our Jugitec protective gloves bear the CE mark of conformity
- We have regular stress tests carried out by independent testing and certification bodies to ensure compliance with DIN EN 374 against chemical risks.
- We undergo an annual type examination according to 11A by independent testing and certification bodies
- We manufacture products with in-house quality standards beyond the DIN EN ISO standards
- We produce food-safe and food-suitable products according to FDA and BfR guidelines.
- We manufacture electrically conductive or antistatic products (ESD)
- We carry out a pressure and vacuum test

RUBBER GLOVES FOR CHEMICAL PROTECTION, LIVE WORKING, RABS, INSULATORS AND GLOVEBOX APPLICATIONS
We have more than 30 years of experience in our “Gloves” business area. With the short protective work gloves, safety for the user is the top priority. In the case of the long gloves for use in RABS, insulators or gloveboxes, protection of the product is equally important as user protection. For this reason, all our special gloves made from a wide variety of elastomer polymers (rubber) are put through their paces both internally and externally. All Jugitec ® gloves have a valid EU type examination certificate issued by an independent notified body. Strict in-process quality control guarantees constant compliance with all product specifications.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES FOR THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, BIOTECHNOLOGY AND OTHER APPLICATIONS
In addition to chemical protective gloves, our product range in the field of occupational safety also includes protective gloves for live working. These insulating gloves made of TPE protect the user from electric shocks and the dangerous thermal effects of an arc fault.
Our product portfolio in the area of RABS, insulator and glovebox gloves is also very extensive and tailored to a wide range of applications in the pharmaceutical, health care, biotechnology, life science, chemical, laboratory and medical technology sectors, as well as in the nuclear, semiconductor and chemical industries. Ever since our company was founded in 1982, we have been producing high-quality rubber goods made of special elastomers in a wide variety of products. This diversity extends to hoses, elbows, sleeves, moulded parts and other components, modules and elements that are used in such important industries as mechanical engineering and plant construction, special machine construction as well as in motor sports and vehicle construction, e.g. for classic cars.
We have made it our business to realise solutions for individual requirements and wishes in terms of shape, colour, quality, durability and resilience in consultation with our customers. So we not only keep up with the latest developments in technology, but also continuously train our teams. Our JUNG Rubbertec® brand represents our high-quality products of technical rubber goods. As a competent niche supplier, we supply end customers and dealers from a wide range of industries worldwide. In the glove sector, these include in particular the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries, medical technology, life science, the chemical industry and laboratory technology as well as the electrical industry. The technical rubber products have partnerships with customers in machine and special machine construction, plant, vehicle and engine construction. Our products are also used in renewable energies and spare parts for classic cars and racing cars.
