JUNG Gummitechnik has divided its product world into two brand areas: The Jugitec Jugitec brand stands for high-quality rubber gloves for the glovebox, industrial safety and the corresponding accessories, while our second brand, JUNG Rubbertec^®, comprises our comprehensive product portfolio of technical rubber goods. These include hoses, moulded hoses, moulded and special components (including spare parts for e.g. vintage cars). Both brands, Jugitec and JUNG Rubbertec^® stand for the highest quality and are oriented towards the needs and requirements of our customers.

With both brands, we rely on a close and cooperative development and technology partnership with our customers, many of whom have been our regular customers for decades. We cover the entire vertical range of manufacture for both brands in our own factories.

When manufacturing protective gloves for glovebox, insulator and RABS applications and protective work gloves, laboratory gloves and similar special gloves, we always have the high quality requirements of the users in mind. THE APPLICATION AREAS OF OUR TECHNICAL RUBBER GOODS

In the field of technical rubber goods, our target industries include mechanical engineering, vehicle construction and automotive, special machine construction and plant construction, as well as material handling, renewable energies or engine construction (construction machinery, motor sports, classic cars).

When supplying our technical rubber goods, we face a wide variety of requirements in diverse areas of application. Our broad portfolio of hoses, moulded hoses (elbows), moulded parts, components, special parts and spare parts reflects the extensive range of applications for our technical rubber goods.

Material handling (material flow, assembly, commissioning, transport and storage) – for this industry we produce sleeves, suction hoses and spiral hoses, among other products.
Special machine construction – for this segment we produce moulded hoses, expansion joints and corrugated hoses
Construction machinery – we typically supply this industry with cooling water hoses and turbocharger hoses.
Plant engineering – the product range includes industrial hoses, moulded hoses, expansion joints, moulded parts, etc.
Motorsport and classic cars – this includes turbocharger hoses, fuel hoses, coolant hoses, moulded parts and oil hoses.
Renewable energies – we are also in demand as a supplier of technical rubber goods in this innovative industry of the future. Here we typically supply moulded hoses and moulded parts.

HIGHEST COMPETENCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE FROM CONSULTATION TO DELIVERY

As a leading manufacturer of rubber gloves for industrial safety and glovebox, JUNG Gummitechnik GmbH provides high-quality and customised solutions as well as technical rubber goods such as hoses, moulded hoses, moulded parts, elbows, special parts. We plan, advise and produce for individual requirements – and manufacture both mechanically and by hand in individual ready-to-wear clothing. From the very first contact, we assist our customers with advice and support – and then work out a practicable and realisable solution according to the respective individual specifications and wishes. It goes without saying that our rubber products comply with the standards applicable to their respective product categories, e.g. FDA approval in the food and pharmaceutical sectors or in motorsport – for instance the VW, MB, PN or VDA standard.

RUBBER GLOVES AND MOULDED PARTS: MACHINE PRODUCTION OR HANDCRAFTED IN SINGLE GARMENTS

JUNG Gummitechnik GmbH is a manufacturer of various customised solutions in the fields of technical rubber goods and protective gloves, special gloves and laboratory gloves. In the first step, we offer customers intensive advice on the future product and its intended use. We then take care of raw material procurement. Here we work together with compounders who are intensively involved in the development and production of the rubber compounds for our later products.

In the field of protective gloves, we produce in series/small batch production – feel free to use our configurator for your individual requirements! In the product segment of technical rubber goods, we produce by machine or by hand in individual assembly. For the release of initial samples and prototypes, we create 3 D measurement logs for component measurement as an additional option – all these simplifying the release. As a matter of principle, we also supply documentation such as an initial sample test report, certificates, material data sheets, etc. to accompany the production.

Of course, we can mark our moulded parts and components both in colour and permanently in the form of an embossing according to customer specifications. Please tell us your requirement. Besides standard packaging in cartons or on pallets, we can also realise customer-specific packaging requirements. In terms of logistical delivery, we make use of all common shipping options via air freight, parcel service, sea freight and others.

During our cooperation, we offer you our highly developed machinery, employees with longstanding consulting and production expertise, as well as materials of outstanding quality. The processes in our company are subject to permanent and strict quality inspection and monitoring. All this ensures efficient production with high application reliability.

Since our foundation in 1982 in Einhausen, JUNG Gummitechnik GmbH has focused its expertise on the production of a wide variety of high-quality products made of elastomers (rubber). Our company has developed and grown steadily over the past four decades. Initially, the focus was on hand-made hoses, elbows, dipped articles and moulded parts. Later, the product portfolio was expanded to include chemical protective gloves for occupational safety, as well as special gloves for gloveboxes, insulators and RABS applications. In 2018, another modern location was added in Warstein.

At the same time, we have been able to support our employees in better reconciling the challenges of work and family life – most notably by offering flexible working option.

For some time now, we have also been offering our entire workforce the option of bike leasing. In this way, we support them in their leisure activities, promote their health and have a positive impact on our environment.
