The Jugitec Pharma glovebox glove made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) ensures safety for the product and the user in pharmacy and life sciences such as medicine, biology, biotechnology and chemistry. Jugitec Pharma offers users a high level of wearing comfort and very good tactile sensitivity. The ingredients of the base polymer comply with the FDA positive list. Due to its good electrical conductivity of < 106 Ω, the glove is also suitable for Ex applications. Jugitec Pharma also allows very good steam sterilisation without sticking.

The chemical protection glove against oxidising substances and acids
The glovebox glove Jugitec H made of chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) is intended for use in RABS, isolators or gloveboxes and impresses with its exceptional resistance to many oxidising chemicals, as well as concentrated nitric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, ammonia, concentrated alkalis, alkaline solutions and alcohols. The soft material makes for comfortable handling. Impurities are easily recognisable due to the light colour. Furthermore, the Jugitec H convinces with its good ageing and ozone resistance as well as gas impermeability and the possibility of use at high temperatures.

High gas impermeability and protection against extreme loads
The protective glove Jugitec B made of bromobutyl rubber (BIIR) for use in the glovebox is suitable for the extreme stresses of working especially with polar hydrocarbons such as ketones, acids, esters and amine derivatives. A particular advantage is the high gas impermeability. The butyl material offers high flexibility and a good grip feeling even at low temperatures. Thanks to its good electrostatic properties of < 108 Ω, the Jugitec B is ideally suited for use in Ex areas and for work with sensitive electronics.

CHEMICAL PROTECTION GLOVE JUGITEC® BV 03/07
High-quality protective gloves with several protective layers
Our chemical protection glove Jugitec BV consists of an underlayer of butyl and a Viton®(FKM) coating. The Viton® outer layer is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons such as hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene and others, halogenated hydrocarbons such as trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene, methylene chloride, organic and inorganic acids, bases (alkalis) and saturated salt solutions. The butyl layer of the protective glove offers protection during activities with polar hydrocarbons such as esters and ketones. The Jugitec BV has good ageing and ozone resistance with simultaneous high gas impermeability. The rubber glove is mainly used in the chemical industry, in laboratories or also in the field of disaster control. Thanks to its high temperature resistance and resistance to many oils, organic solvents or oxidising chemicals, the special glove can be used flexibly and in a variety of ways.

WE MANUFACTURE PROTECTIVE GLOVES FROM RUBBER (ELASTOMER POLYMERS, RUBBER) IN VARIOUS VARIATIONS
Safety is also important when working in glovebox, isolator and RABS applications.
